The Caretray Trolley – Mild Steel, Low Level, Single Column is a hospital-grade procedure trolley, now widely used in healthcare simulation suites to replicate authentic ward and clinical environments. Ideal for skills training in medication administration, patient care, and emergency response, this trolley provides a realistic platform for learners to practise organisation and workflow in a clinical setting.
Constructed from durable mild steel with easy-clean panels, the trolley is designed for quick disassembly to support thorough cleaning, perfect for high-turnover simulation sessions. The recycled polypropylene top panel features raised edges on three sides for spill containment and integrated grab points for safe manoeuvring. Smooth surfaces and radiused edges ensure compatibility with steam cleaning and high-temperature machine washing.
The trolley includes translucent, impact-resistant trays with integral handles and clip-on label covers (coloured labels supplied: white, blue, green, yellow, red). Each tray comes with two long and two short dividers for organised storage. A Carerail system on both sides supports a wide range of accessories, while polyurethane ring buffers protect walls and equipment during movement. Fitted with 100 mm pressed steel castors, including two braking wheels, for stability and mobility.
