Instructors can insert tumours of varying sizes (1–4 cm), shapes (round, oval, irregular), and densities to create diverse training scenarios. These represent adenomas, cysts, malignant tumours, and enlarged lymph nodes. The torso is positioned for supine examination and allows access to both axillae for comprehensive practice.
Additional features include palpable ribs, sternum, and clavicles, as well as enlarged lymph nodes in axillary and sub clavicular areas. The realistic skin depicts key clinical signs such as peau d’orange (orange peel texture), inverted nipple, skin dimpling, and asymmetry. While designed for supine use, the simulator can also be used upright, and training may be performed with or without the overlay skin.
