The ILS (Immediate Life Support) Full-Body Trainer (formerly known as the WMD/CBRNE/DECON Full-Body Trainer) is a 165 cm (5 ft. 5 in.) manikin designed for comprehensive life support training. Combining a standard intubation head, IV/IM arm, and CPR chest with a durable, non-electronic body, this trainer is ideal for teaching ILS techniques such as the ABCDE approach, advanced CPR, defibrillation, and airway management.
It also supports selected ALS skills, including IV administration, and aligns with grades C, D, and E of the PHEM Skills Framework. Popular with ambulance, air ambulance, fire and police services, and trauma rescue organisations, this versatile manikin is one of our best-selling products.
Enhance realism by adding a moulage kit to simulate a wide range of injuries, such as amputations with tourniquet application (pictured – not included as standard). For military or specialist training, combine with WMD or CBRNE scenarios to practise decontamination (DECON) processes. Water-resistant construction means life support treatment can be initiated while contaminants are flushed away. Pairing with a casualty simulation kit further expands its use for mass casualty incident (MCI) training.
